Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
Shipping cost
Standard shipping is free on every US order. Any other available shipping options and their prices are shown at checkout before you pay.
Processing time
Orders are usually processed within 1β3 business days (MondayβFriday, excluding US holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Delivery time
Your estimated delivery time is shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and may be longer during peak periods such as the holiday season. For Christmas gifts, we recommend ordering as early as possible.
Order tracking
As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow your package.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered by the customer. If you notice a mistake, email us right away and we'll do our best to update it before the order ships.
Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking hasn't updated for several days, or your package shows as delivered but you can't find it, contact us at support@meowstep.com and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it.
Orders with multiple items
Items in the same order may ship separately and arrive on different days. You'll receive tracking for each package.
